Since February 1994, SORTIMA has been marketing in Poland special papers, films and cardboards for CAD/CAM systems used in the clothing, furniture making and automotive industries as well as everywhere automatic fabric, leather, plastic etc. cutting systems are applied. Since the very beginning, SORTIMA has been cooperating with the largest Italian manufacturer of this assortment in Europe, VIRAX Borghi, whose business professionalism results in delivery punctuality, maintained good quality of the products offered and high flexibility of responding to the market requirements. The sole owner of SORTIMA is a graduate from SGH (Szkoła Główna Handlowa – Warsaw School of Economics), Jadwiga Sosnowska, who, already at the beginning of the 1980s had contact with modern technologies applied in the production of clothing, doing their apprenticeship in London for Caroline Charles's, the fashion designer, studio. She gained commercial experience while managing for 6 years import contract for the clothing office of one of the foreign trade head offices and then managing the Polish branch office of the Austrian CHR clothing company for 2 years. In February 1994, she decided to start her own economic activity and market in Poland papers, cardboards and films manufactured by VIRAX Borghi, a company which she has been cooperating with ever since. Today, SORTIMA knows its marketplace and its customers very well. GLOBAL QUALITY, covering every aspect of it, has become the philosophy underlying operations of SORTIMA.
