In case of customers' interest in the offer presented, we send a sample book including a price list and suggested terms of cooperation. We accept orders placed by telephone, fax or by e-mail.
We forward the goods and a VAT invoice to the address indicated within 24 hours by a courier company or by our own means of transport, depending on the order volume and goods collection place. PACKAGING
Goods leaving our warehouse are appropriately packed in protective caps and thick paper and, in addition, they have a warning labelling for the transportation company employees notifying of the need to handle the goods with care. Rolls are most frequently placed on pallets and fastened with tapes in such a manner as to prevent any damage. COMPLAINTS
In case of damage in transportation which may arise on the way from – to: SORTIMA – recipient, development of a shipping damage report by the driver and the customer ensures acceptance of the complaint and free goods replacement.
In case of a latent defect, each complaint is examined on a case-by-case basis.
